Home made egg salad with minced celery, scallions, fresh lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest followed more after WC,  and 2 home made creamsicles, followed after a time with 3 slices of good salami.  I still crave more of that wonderful egg salad, but I'll save it for after work tomorrow.

Good old egg salad...MMMmmm....tsp of good pickle relish works well too

Egg salad sounds good, I'll go boil some. Peeling hard boiled eggs that were laid yesterday is really hard. I experimented and came up with a way that works. You boil the water first with some salt in it, then lower the eggs in. Boil for 12-13 minutes, then run RO over them for a few secs, then into cold water to cool. Peel real easy.  8)
