How is everyone doing today?...

I'll be going back to Florence this afternoon to meet a service guy there at the rental I'm currently working on...then meeting with a Realtor to talk about listing it before our market cools off too much...prior to that I should be receiving FedEx delivery of this week's plant order and then I'll pull, bag, package and ship a few orders of plants...

I really need to spend some time in my fishroom...soon...! Tomorrow evening is the killi club meeting so I'll have to spend some time in there then... ;D

You guys and gals have a good day and happy aquariuming!... |^|

Happy Aquariuming,
Ron

Good morning fellow Mugger friends.  Ron, it always tickles me when you post first.  I don't know why except for the fact that you're genera.lly the last one.  I often don't even see you Post o' the Day until the next morning.  All the rental stuff you have to deal with sure sounds like a PITA to me, but if that's the way you're used to making money I guess it feels like the normal thing to you.

I've had a great morning.  I got a load of chicken laundry washed and hung out early this morning.  Brian from Simply stopped by again on his way up north from Florida.  I know he stayed longer than he wanted to but we had a wonderful conversation while he was here which it made it hard for him to get around to leaving.  He brought me some wonderful red shrimp (they taste like lobster) and he left with a good size box of fish.  I know what I'll be having for my meal today.  Steamed shrimp with drawn butter and lemon with a baker.  I'm drooling just thinking about it.

I have nothing else planned today except for normal animal chores.  If I can make myself get in the mood, I'll tidy up the joint.  Not right now, though.  It's time to feed the fish lunch.  The Discus get 3 meals a day and the Rams and others have to make do with only 2 feedings a day.

I'll peak in later to find out what Barb and Willie are up to.  Barb, I'll call you this evening at 6.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Good afternoon everyone. It looks like spring is in the air because we are at 75 degrees with plenty of sunshine here today. The bottom will fall out on these temps though as we won't get out of the 60s this weekend.

It's been a busy morning for me with water changes and fish moving the #1 priority here. I broke down and replaced a tank that has had multiple unexplained deaths over the past few weeks.

I just took the whole tank out of service and replaced it with a newly sterilized one. There are new fish (from another tank) and media in the new tank. I am not quite finished but I'll finish before the end of the day.

I still have a whole lot of work left to do in the fishroom with the tank wipe downs next after I finish filling up the rest of my tanks.

I'll check on you all when I'm finished but meanwhile have a great day everyone.

Willie

Too Many Fish. Not Enough Tanks.

...my sleep habits are shifting around these days, so when I wake early and can't get back to sleep, I really don't want to be making noise on the house that will wake Lucy...tapping out a message on my tablet works!... |^| and sometimes I'm the first late at night when no one else has posted during the day!...

As for rentals, yes you need to expect problems to occur and maintenance to be done, just like in your home...but at home you can prioritize the problems...with renters, THEY prioritize the problems for you!!!...that's why we're going to sell both of them...we want our own time to be OUR own timethese days! :D
Happy Aquariuming,
Ron
