Election Tuesday

Good morning everyone.  I just went to preform my civic duty (we have to do it on the day here in Mississippi) and there was actually a line!!!!!  I've never had to wait to vote there.  I didn't feel like waiting in the cold so I came back and will try later.  I guess I don't have much patience because I'm fighting a toothache.

I'll be going to hattiesburg to vet to pick up heart meds for Tink and to the LFS for some SAE's they're saving for me.  I suppose I should call the dentist but I'd prefer to put it off for a week if I can.

Hi Liz, sorry about your toothache, no fun at all I know.  Hope you get to your dentist soon.  It got so cold here last night and the previous night.  But in a few days it will be 80 and nights in the 60's.  I know this is Indian summer.  Have been working in my garden, cutting down, pulling up frozen things.  Hope you all have fun tonight!

After the vet and the LPS I went to do my civic duty again.  This time no line.  Not to self, all old people in Rainey community vote early in the day.  My neighbors were in line this morning.  I didn't see them but you can't miss the Peamite so they saw me drive around and head back home.  I'm glad they were sitting on their back patio when I got back home this time.  I'd hate for them to think that I saw the line and just decided to blow it all off.
