Chili for the 3rd night in a row.  After tonight I'll be tired of it so I put 3 more meals in the freezer.

Yesterday we had beef stew piled on mashed potato. There is plenty left over. I like about 2/3 mashed potato to 1/3 stew... with the chunks of tomato pushed away to the side. I like fresh tomato but never was a fan of it cooked.
