Koi Spawn

My 26 Koi were all squeezed into a 75.  As you can imagine, I felt terribly guilty about over crowding them so.  Thursday, I made some tank space and separated 8 out to keep.  I think the 18 still in the 75 appreciated the elbow room because BOOMBA, a pair spawned today.  The pair are not among my keepers so I would love to post them for sale on Aquabid, but I think people would notice that the thing they spawned on is not a slate or a cone.  Am I right?

Correctamundo!  I wouldn't mind those fish though, but I can't have any spawning now.

...LOL..a pagan Koi spawn.....LOL      you are wise  ....because some nut would ask if the spawning 'surface' came with the pair.....LOL.....priceless

Why don't you just get 2 females, Barb?  That's the obvious thing to do.

Thanks Mug.  These eggs won't hatch.  I'm sure they'll spawn again soon.  I'll have a slate for them next time.  The tank I put the keepers in has no "cone" of any type.  I'll put the penis in with them.
