I never knew turtles get itchy backs.  :o  Barb may know something about this.

I've had my turtle 18 years and I have never scratched his back. lol  ;D I do apply some sort of lanolin paste on him after water changes. 8)

I tried to download the story but it won't do it.  What did it say?  Off hand I must say I haven't heard of this before, in either fresh or saltwater turtles, I know a bit about both as we have lots of each at the aquarium.  Will be there tomorrow, I will ask a turtle expert if I can.
