...Low 80s today and mostly cloudy...

...Had a toilet tank crack in one of my rentals the other day and water was all over the laminate floor and the edges had already started lifting so I'm meeting the insurance adjuster over there this morning at 9...after that, just doing a lot of little things on my list...
